There is always a nice temporary exhibition on a current topic. In the laboratory, the children get to work and in the courtyard they discover the wonders of movement. Discovery Museum is the pre-eminent children's museum in Limburg.

Once at the Museumplein in Kerkrade, cross with the children to Columbus earth center. Here you can experience an impressive film screening with the whole family in a dome-shaped screen under your feet. You make a space trip or descend into the depths of the earth in a coal mine. At the very top is a room where beautiful 3D films are always shown. Themes that are discussed are the earth in space, nature and sustainability.
